Rose L. Williams was born and raised in the Quebec town of Lorraine, 50 miles north of Montreal. Skiing to school, canoeing, the richness of Francophone culture and a multi- ethnic Trinidadian heritage informed her youthful development. Rose’s early career began in Montreal studying dance, drama and metal arts. She then worked in the graphic arts running line cameras; photography studio dark room technician; and as photo studio management.
